[Scons-dev] How to add a library to a link list?

This also seems to work:

 baseEnv.Program( 'basic-test',
         [ 'game_test.cpp' ],
         LIBS = [ 'game', '$LIBS']
         )

Is it supposed to work (I don't know Python too well)
