[Robelle-l] New versions of Qedit and Qedit for Windows

We're glad to announce the release of host-based Qedit (MPE and HP-UX)
5.3.13. It's only available as a prerelease at the moment. If you are
interested in the new version, you can request download information at:

We're also happy to report a new version of Qedit for Windows. It's 
version 5.3.13 and is available as a pre-release only from:

Note that you will likely need to download version 5.3.13 of the server
to take advantage of all the latest features.
