Well it's that time again.  Hi from Horner Consulting!!!  It's been awhile
since we last spoke and it's great to be back!!!

Contrary to popular belief, MPE is not dead.  Horner Consulting is here to
prove it.  We are working with users and 3rd party vendors in an attempt to
ease the fears of the HP3000 community.  At the same time, we have found
some real jewels.

Systems Management Web Pages:
We have begun the task of creating web pages, and CGI scripts, that report
information about your HP system.  The only requisite is that Apache is
running in the background.  This creates a truly menu-driven system to gain
information and perform simple tasks.  This is a work in progress, so any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Bringing life to screen displays:
These system web pages lead to another service that we are offering.  You
can replace those aged V-Plus forms, or screen displays, used by your legacy
programs.  Now you can have the latest in Internet technology to bring life
to your data.  Just think of it.  Using a browser to perform database, and
file, updates.

Latest Member of the Extreme Team:
In the search for 3rd parties who want to get extreme, Taurus Software has
joined the Extreme Team.  On our web site, Horner Consulting wears their
logo as a badge of honor.  We now support Taurus Software's Bridgeware
software.

The Extreme Team consists of software vendors that we support.  The current
members of the Extreme Team are Adager, VESOFT, and Taurus Software.  Horner
Consulting is always in search for new members for the Extreme Team.  If you
are a 3rd party vendor who wants to get EXTREME, let us know.  You could
join the Extreme Team.
