[reportlab-users] getBytesIO/getStringIO are now unneeded

Hi,

The attached patch is avoiding calling the getBytesIO()/getStringIO() 
proxy functions, which looks like there are no longer useful as 
BytesIO()/StringIO() can be called directly.
