[reportlab-users] Moving away from BitBucket

Hi everyone,

For years, ReportLab's mercurial repo has been hosted on BitBucket.  They
are stopping support for Mercurial soon, so we have to move away - this
time, to a publicly-readable repo we host ourselves.

We will attempt to shut the bitbucket repo off tomorrow, and public the
replacement URL (somewhere on reportlab.com) an hour or two later.
