Hi David,

I made a new release 3.5.33 which addresses your issue. I'm not sure if all the edge cases are covered. It seems that we 
have two kinds of style those attached to cellStyles and those that remain in separate lists. The code dealing with the 
repeat rows case has been changed/fixed(maybe) so I hope that works for you.
