[reportlab-users] Alternative Text Question

I regret we have not yet got around to adding support for this.

We will take a look at the PDF spec and see how much work is involved;
if it's just a matter of tagging things as the image is loaded in, we
can do it in a release soon; but if it involves working out where the
image ended up (possibly after many transformations) and figuring out
a 'hot zone' above it, it would be a harder.
