[reportlab-users] BarChart - small value bar not displaying

Patrick,

I just checked and it seems as though this feature does go through with 3D 
barcharts; seems we make the bars with a common routine and only the bar drawing 
is different.

Not clear to me whether this is a good idea when zero is not the minimum value, 
but I guess you would need to see for yourself whether not drawing to scale is a 
"lie" or a more pertinent "truth".
