[reportlab-users] Python 3.x progress

A big moment just now.    The py33 test suite is now passing.

Next steps:

- get it working off py27 as well.  Then we can play with tox on our
Continuous Integration server.

- remove the dependency on pyRXP

I'm beginning to think an alpha release before New Year might be possible....
