[reportlab-users] svn access

I believe we have restored svn access, but as a consequence some old 
repositories may report an error like

SSL negotiation failed: SSL error code -1/1/336032856

I believe this is a consequence of apache + svn upgrades not allowing us to be 
so liberal in naming the remote servers.

If you are using

https://svn.reportlab.com/svn/....

then you can try checking out a fresh copy of the repository in a different 
location; if that works it seems that the problem will be cleared.
