[reportlab-users] new pyRXP

I have updated pyRXP to work with the latest upstream rxp 1.5.0. All my standard 
test cases and things seem to be fine. Please report any problems.

There are 4 new options which I don't fully understand, but I have tried to set 
those to make behaviour default to the previous version. This version includes 
the bug fix for the X64 strcpy bug that was discussed here at length.
