You must always have exactly matching versions of reportlab and
rlextra.  In version 2.5 we added some colour-checking functions which
are called in the RML interface, but the implementation is in the
'reportlab' open source package, and you have the previous version.
Upgrade to ReportLab 2.5 and it should be fine.
