[reportlab-users] Tamil font and lookup

Hi all,

 I use reportlab of Python.

I am trying to print tamil character 'பி' ( combination of ப and ி ). I
expect it to perform lookup and print 'பி' exactly.

But it just appends ப and ி and prints as two characters, instead of
combining those two characters to a single unicode character ( by performing
necessary lookup ).

I am using LohitTamil.ttf and hope this is the right place to put my
queries.

Looking forward for your assistance.
