No and no, at the moment.

On the timetable:  when PIL (which we depend on) and Django (which we
build a lot of solutions on) move to Python 3, then we would produce a
version which runs fairly quickly.  Until then we just can''t justify
the resources to (a) create a new version which runs on Py3 and (b)
keep maintaining code actively for 2.4-2.7 AND 3.0 in sync.
