[reportlab-users] rst2pdf 0.14.2 released

A minor release, the main change from 0.14.1 is that it's again compatible 
with Reportlab 2.3 (thus the reportlab-users CC for a minor release).

Sorry about breaking it, it shouldn't happen again, because I now have a 
python2.6+Reportlab 2.3 test build running, so I should know when I break it 
;-)
