[reportlab-users] ReportLab downloads broken: 403 Forbidden

http://www.reportlab.org/downloads.html#reportlab tells me I can
download the latest source version from
http://www.reportlab.org/ftp/ReportLab_2_3.tar.gz, but that URL gives me
a 403 error:

  Forbidden

  You don't have permission to access /ftp/ReportLab_2_3.tar.gz on
  this server.

  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to
  use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
