Python 2.6.2 on Windows.
Installed ReportLab 2.3
Downloaded rst2pdf-0.11 and added it to the Python path.
Renamed reportlab to ---reportlab in lib/site-packages
SVN Checked out ReportLab trunk and added it to the Python path.
