[reportlab-users] Problem install 2.3 via easy_install on Unbunto

We don't currently support easy_install.  (Unfortunately, easy_install attempts
to support us, but that's the author's problem!).  Just download the package and
run 'python setup.py install', and all should work.

Why is a long story but we laid out our directories, version numbers
and build processes long before easy_install was invented and each time
we rearrange these things it causes us some pain and takes up a lot of time
(for no functionality in return).  We might get there on our next
major version.
