[reportlab-users] New snippet posted on Tables of Contents

In the run-up to release 2.4 we'll be documenting a few new things on
the web site (as well as in the manuals).  One thing we improved a lot
this year is tables of contents - there is a widget to generate
nice-looking ones with minimal effort.  Here is an example....
