[reportlab-users] Image Library not Available

Hi

I get this message on my development box whenever I try to insert an 
image into my report.  But, it worked fine in the past on a previous dev 
box and works fine on my production server.

RuntimeError: Imaging Library not available, unable to import bitmaps

Did I mess something up with the install on this box?
