No, I'm sorry.

BTW I have yet to get my simplified "table of contents" demo
done - sorry, it's been a very busy week.   I hope to do this before
next Fridays tutorial at PyCon UK.

You might also want to look at our trunk code as we are getting
ready for 2.2, and I could not yet run your 2.1-based rst2pdf package
against our trunk.  Do you want to try and keep rst2pdf in sync
with our trunk, as soon as we have a new package out?
