[reportlab-users] Tracker

There is a basic public tracker up now:

   https://admin.reportlab.com/mantis/project/core/tracker/

For now it's just a brief list of known issues.  (It's part of a bigger
2-year-old app which we need to upgrade to Django 1.0+ before we
can hack on it easily...).

If anyone has reported issues or sent patches we've missed, please
repost them and we'll ensure they are logged and dealt with.
