[reportlab-users] Horizontal Bar Charts with Centered Labels

About a week or so, I asked about having labels centered on bar  
charts. I decided to look at the source code and was able to subclass  
the HorizontalBarChart class to get it to do what I wanted. I'm sure  
I can generalize it to the BaseChart Class. I can't seem to find any  
documentation on contributing code. Can someone point me in the  
proper direction? Thanks.
