Dinu already sent the correct link. The source for the package is at
svn.zope.org/z3c.rml. Also, since the 0.5 release I improved the
documentation a lot:

pyPDF is a simple tool to extract and merge pages. It serves my use cases
really well, i.e. filling out existing government or other institutions'
forms.
