[reportlab-users] Using bold and italic with a generic TTF

These tricks are fairly well known for actually drawing stuff. Italic fonts get 
slanted, bold fonts get repeated with a slight offset. Theoretically that could 
be done in ReportLab. The canvas text object stuff is pretty bad already so 
don't wait up :(
