This seems to be a bug, since I encountered
this problem when using the Praragraph
class from para.py, but if I used the
one in stable paragraph.py, the tables
get column dimensions correctly.

The problem is that old Paragraph flowable
doesn't support <a> tags which I definately
need (among other improved features).
