I also see someone with the same problem with Windows.
The principle is the same with a small difference, the fonts that renderPM 
needs to know the locations are:

_ab_____.pfb

_ebi____.pfb
_eb_____.pfb
_ei_____.pfb
_er_____.pfb

These fonts may be downloaded from:

http://bioinf.scri.ac.uk/lp/downloads/programs/genomediagram/pfbfer.zip

The Windows situation is kind of special. If you are using Acrobat 4 it works 
fine but latter than that you can access the fonts so you need to download 
these ones.
The locations are also defined in rl_config.py as for Linux.
