[reportlab-users] using image in header/footer

Hi Again,


Can someone tell me if there's an easy way to insert a jpg image as a header and/or footer? Also, I saw mention of  TableOFContents documentation previously on the list but could not find any mention of it in the userguide. Could anyone direct me toward documentation on how to use TableOfContents and IndexingFlowables?
