[reportlab-users] platypus/tables.py patch for dashes and joins

Here's a patch to platypus/tables.py that makes the dash and joins 
sections of the line style commands work.  I made it off of the 1.20 
release but it appears to apply cleanly to the head (as of yesterday or 
the day before, at least).

Let me know if I need to do anything more or provide any more 
information.
