The file attached was produced with this enviroment variables set. The
problem is the same.

I don't know what causes this problem with gv. The conversion between
pdf to ps produces very different .ps files depending on wich program
you use (xpdf pdftops or gv pdf2ps), but in this case only pdftops
works.
