I cannot get access to the svn repository. What are the credentials?

Besides that, a checkout with
svn co 
http://www.reportlab.co.uk/svn/public/reportlab/branches/python21-stable
does not work for me. I use TortoiseSVN on WinXP.

Is the repository url correct, or is the server down?
