No, we don't have a general html-to-pdf filter. That
would take years, because everyone would expect


You can easily write xml-to-pdf conversion tools
with Python's standard DOM or SAX xml libraries.
It's usually best if you start with structural XML
with the facts.  It is also easy to write things
to convert small, well defined subsets of HTML
into PDF.
