[reportlab-users] Playpus "Total pages" before PDF gets generated.

except that it's done by the pdf reader and not by reportlab. all rl does is 
inserting the form at the end of the generated pdf, just once for the whole 
doc, so no overhead in generating the doc.
(that's how I understand it)
