[reportlab-users] Para implementation does not render utf8

Hi,
The Paragraph implementation that comes with report
lab does not display url links. So i used the
experimental Para implementation that comes with
ReportLab 1.19.
Now The Para implementation has problems displaying
utf8 encoded characters. Any suggestions? 
Is there a better version of Para implementation
expected?
