[reportlab-users] Chart axes bugs

Being still confused about where to post bugs, I'll post one here...
Very briefly:

1. graphics.charts.axes.ValueAxis has no "visibleLabels" property
    (like CategoryAxis)
2. so-called Boolean properties don't seem to support the Python
    Boolean type (True/False)
