[reportlab-users] XML special Chars in Paragraph

[reportlab-users@reportlab.com]

I am facing a problem while creating paragraph which contains char & it gives me error:

XML parser error (bogus < or &) in paragraph beginning
'Web Computerization of Employm': None

the text I am trying is "Web Computerization of Employment & Self Employment System"

Is there any way to print these special XML characters in paragraphs??
