There is no way with the standard RLTK, but you can extract the
paper size of a page using PageCatcher. Be aware that a document
can have pages of multiple sizes!

A long time ago I wrote some code aiming at extracting "every-
thing" from given PDF files, but it was incomplete and was never
released, although I admit I'm tempted to resume it...
