We found that with the combination of IE and Acrobat 6, the content-type header is case-sensitive. But with IE and earlier version of Acrobat, it doesn't matter. (Maybe it's more standards-compliant?) Also, I've found that pressing Refresh in IE doesn't neccessarily refresh the content-type; you need to close the browser or change the URL.
