[reportlab-users] Another? New DOM TagWrapper

I don't know how many, if any of these have been made. But I made a =
parser that adds functionality to the TagWrapper. It is probably missing =
a lot of features, and there is no documentation. But if I get feedback =
from people, maybe I could expand it to add more functionality, and =
create documentation. Tell me what you think please.
