I just noticed that on Python versions >= 2.1  chr(150)  returns '\x96' instead of the ascii character.  This same behavior will als
o occur for other characters between 0 and 255.  I am not sure yet of the best  way to address this change in python but I thought I
should at least let you know that in Pythonpoint:

                    Part 1 &#150; Feature Overview
                </para>

the result is  'x96 Feature Overview'
