The message - 

	"Sorry, Club Log is currently unavailable. Database optimisations - 1 Nov 2017. Apologies for any inconvenience caused - please try again in a short while.”

- is fairly specific and is coming from Club Log. MacLoggerDX is just passing it on. I don’t see how this could have anything to do with the beta version.
