[DogParkList] Problems changing both freq and mode via DX cluster panel

I thought I'd better go check for the latest version of MLDX and am now
using 4.3.3b6 (K3 support, thanks Don), but this does not appear to have
'fixed' this.
It appears to only be a problem when changing bands, and still doesn't set
the mode right, even if it the change of band did not involve a change of
mode.

An old miser kept a tame jackdaw, that used to steal pieces of money, and
hide them in a hole, which a cat observing, asked, "Why he would hoard up
those round shining things that he could make no use of?" "Why," said the
jackdaw, "my master has a whole chestfull, and makes no more use of them
that I do." -Jonathan Swift, satirist (1667-1745)
