[DogParkList] QRZ and HamCall Lookup Problem

DON,

I have a quick question about the QSL lookup.  I am subscribed to both 
QRZ.com and HamCall.  If I choose either one of these options under 
station info, type in my username and password, then go and try to look 
up a callsign, it doesn't work.  The only thing that works is "free 
internet lookup".  I also placed a check in internet lookup under the 
prefs tab.  What am I doing wrong?
