[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX DXCluster connects

One thing that may be tripping people up - if you quit MacLoggerDX  
while NOT connected to a cluster - it won't know how to automatically  
reconnect the next time you start up MacLoggerDX and you will need to  
select your node from the list.

The next time you start MLDX it should reconnect automatically (if  
you have enabled that check box)

If MLDX is not sending your call sign after a connect - you may need  
to quit, delete your ~/Library/Preferences/MacLoggerDX Settings file,  
restart MLDX and reenter your call sign, registration and other prefs.
