[DogParkList] LOTW Errors

Fixed it myself - it's the old "OUT-OF-BAND" problem. I had some 
records that I imported from another contest logging program on a far, 
far inferior computing platform : -D that had things like "20m" for the 
frequency.

350 QSLs from 1055 contacts - is that good?
