[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX baud rate popup v4.1.1

In version 4.1.1 of MacLoggerDX we added 600 baud to the baud popups  
to accommodate the AlphaSpid rotators.

This may offset your saved baud preferences by one when you first run  
version 4.1.1.

When moving to v4.1.1 please check your radio, rotor and TNC baud  
popups to make sure they are correct or you may have trouble connecting.
