General Information
All current NAFAA Members are automatically subscribed to this listserv as a privilege of membership. Before you can make any changes to your subscription, please enter your subscribed email address, and on the next page, request that your password be sent to you. After receiving the listserv password, you can manage your subscription, including changing your password to one you prefer.

About NafaaL

The purpose of the NAFAA listserv is to provide the members of the Financial Aid Association of Nevada a forum for the discussion of policies and activities of NAFAA and related issues. It will also serve as a method of notification on items of importance to the NAFAA membership.

You must be a member of the list to post a message.

List Members are strongly encouraged to have the latest virus protection running on their computer systems or networks. While precautions are taken to prevent the distribution of viruses to the list, occasionally one will pass through. When in doubt, do not open attachments.

NETIQUETTE
Ethical behavior should be observed at all times, and no individual should engage in behavior over the network which would be inappropriate for a face-to-face meeting. Violators will be subject to the loss of access, or more severe action, depending on the circumstances.
Specific examples of unacceptable uses of the network include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Messages that are likely to result in loss of recipients work or systems are prohibited.
  2. Any communication which violates applicable laws and regulations are not allowed.
  3. "Chain letters," "broadcast" messages to lists or individuals, and other types of use which would cause congestion of the networks or otherwise interfere with the work of others are not allowed.

Subscribing to NafaaL
Subscribe to NafaaL by filling out the following form.
This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

You must enter a privacy password. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from altering your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in plain, unencrypted text.
